Louisiana Tech University is seeking candidates for Assistant Track Coach in the areas of sprints, jumps and hurdles. This is a full-time, 12-month position, with benefits. The Assistant Coach is responsible for recruiting, developing, and overseeing the coaching, training, and conditioning of student-athletes for assigned events. The assistant coach will also perform administrative and meet management duties as assigned by the Head Coach, with a commitment to adhering to University, Conference USA, and NCAA policies, procedures, and regulations.
Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. Collegiate or professional level experience preferred. Candidate must have sound written and verbal communication skills.
