Position SummaryThe Indiana University School of Medicine Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery is seeking full-time faculty surgeons to join our Pediatric Otolaryngology Division at Riley Children's Health at Indiana University Health. The primary practice location will be Riley Hospital for Children, a 400-bed tertiary care facility on the academic campus in downtown Indianapolis, consistently ranked among the nation's top hospitals. Additional clinical effort will include the Riley Hospital for Children at IU Health North Hospital located in suburban Carmel, Indiana.
Our pediatric practice is staffed by four fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologists and five Advanced Practice Providers. The clinical practice covers the spectrum of Pediatric Otolaryngology including aerodigestive and complex airway disorders (including an aerodigestive multidisciplinary clinic), sleep surgery, head and neck masses/congenital malformations, rhinology, craniofacial disorders, laryngology, vascular anomalies, and otology including a well-established cochlear implant program.
Responsibilities include participation in a broad pediatric otolaryngology practice, teaching residents and medical students, and participating in scholarly activities. Candidates must be BE/BC and fellowship-trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
The successful applicants will be faculty members within the Indiana University School of Medicine Department Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. This team includes 27 faculty otolaryngologists, 14 advanced practice providers in addition to 4 residents and 4 clinical fellows a year. The care we deliver is nationally recognized on the US News & World Report's Best Hospitals for Ear, Nose and Throat rankings. Basic Qualifications
Candidates must be ABO to Board Certified or Board Eligible and fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology. Doctorate or terminal degree required.
