The Department of Dermatology, University of Alabama at Birmingham invites applications for tenured, tenure earning and non-tenure earning faculty positions in Dermatology. Academic rank will reflect the qualifications of the successful applicant. The candidate should have an M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. The Department of Dermatology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham stands proudly among the nation's leaders in the field. UAB Dermatology offers a wide range of advanced techniques for the diagnosis, management and treatment of disorders of the skin, hair, nails, and adjacent mucous membranes.
