Description:
The Department of Economics will have an opening for one or more Postdoctoral Research Associates, or more senior researchers anticipated to start September 2026. The term of appointment is based on rank. Positions at the postdoctoral rank are for one academic year with the possibility of renewal pending satisfactory performance and continued funding; those hired at more senior ranks may have multi-year appointments.Primary criteria are the quality of the applicant's research and interest/experience in Econometrics. The position provides an outstanding opportunity for independent research as well as opportunities for collaboration with Princeton faculty and graduate students. Postdoctoral Research Associates may participate in the teaching program if mutually agreed, with sufficient course enrollments, and with the approval of the Office of the Dean of the Faculty. Postdoctoral Research Associates are expected to participate actively in the intellectual activities of Princeton University. Ph.D. required. The program is open to all regardless of citizenship. This position is subject to the University's background check policy. Expected Salary Range: $145,000

The posted salary range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate for a full-time position; salaries for part-time positions are pro-rated accordingly.
