Job Description Summary
MD or MD/PhD, board certified or board eligible in Infectious Diseases with additional fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Infectious Diseases, to serve at the Medical University Hospital main campus. Faculty member will be appointed at 1.0 FTE and expected to provide clinical and educational activities including rounding on our inpatient teaching service, provision of ambulatory care, and attendance at educational conferences. This faculty member will be expected to direct the activities associated with our new Orthopedic Infectious Diseases clinical service. Student, resident and fellow education and interaction is expected.
