Job Description

This position will contribute substantially to the Department of Pathology and to the overall excellence of research currently on the UAB campus. In addition, this position will help fulfill the institutional mandate to increase research funding.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have an M.D. and/or Ph.D. in relevant disciplines. Successful candidates will have a demonstrated record of originality and productivity in research and scholarly activity including previous and current significant extramural funding as principal investigator. Candidates should also have an interest in graduate and/or medical education.
