Essential Functions:
- For the Gonzaga Philosophy Department, a teaching load of 3-6 credits per academic term. - (Essential)
- Hold office hours (amount determined in consultation with Department Chair) - (Essential)
- Create and grade assignments, including submitting grades according to established deadlines - (Essential)
Minimum Qualifications:
-M.A. (or equivalent) in relevant field
-Evidence of teaching effectiveness, including the ability to effectively respond to the academic needs of learners from diverse backgrounds.
-Evidence of the ability to use effective classroom strategies and pedagogies to advance equity, inclusion, and belonging.
