Description
Dartmouth-Hitchcock’s Nephrology/Hypertension Clinic is seeking a full-time BC/BE Nephrologist to join our practice in Lebanon, New Hampshire. This position is responsible for both inpatient and outpatient direct patient care and the coordination of care for patients at the community hospitals. New Hampshire and Vermont medical license required. The program offers comprehensive nephrology services including the management of acute kidney injury, chronic kidney disease, hypertension, glomerulonephritis, acute dialysis, chronic dialysis, home dialysis therapies, continuous renal replacement therapy, and renal transplantation. The successful candidate should have strong communication skills and experience coordinating patient care with hospitalists, radiologists, pathologists, and other subspecialists.Teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows is expected, and the candidate may be eligible for an academic appointment and promotion through the Geisel School of Medicine at a rank commensurate with qualifications. Academic appointments are based upon academic activities, including research or leadership activity with demonstrable regional or national impact.

Qualifications
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology
- Eligible to obtain a State of New Hampshire and Vermont Medical License
- Eligible to obtain federal DEA registration
